Zenki vs. Kouki AFM?
Hi all,
Does anyone know if the Zenki and Kouki AFM's put out the same voltage signal for about the same volume of air? I want to replace my TID on my 87 TII with a modified one, but I don't have room with my air pump and my Zenki AFM (my stock one keeps popping off!). I allready have the wiring all figured out, I just need to know the compatability between the two. Thanks.

I don't believe the two to be interchangable, but you can sure try! Nothing bad will happen Experiment and let us know I'm sure there are some Zenki guys who would like to make this an "upgrade". Oh, and if you've got an S-AFC, you can modify the AFM's signal anyway to compensate for any differences

On the S5 ones, there are 5 wires. 2 of those are gounds, and can be spliced together. Im pretty sure the S4 has only 1 ground, and 4 wires total. Why not try it? As long as you dont permanently mess anything up, it would be worth trying.
