what would be the best set up of wheels & tires witch will put both front and rear wheels & tires to sit flush with the body.

You could go to your local discount tire or similar shop and have them order the wheel you like in different widths and offsets. Then try them all out and buy the ones that fit the way you like. I would recommend reading the fc wheel fitment thread also for a good starting point for sizes.
