my car runs...i started it...and drove it for like 5 minutes then it died (it was my fault) then it flooded..then i unflooded it..and start it up again..and drove it home...WHOOOHOO thanks to everyone that helped me

and the others out there who helped me


ofcourse now that it moves..a lot more problems have come to my attention..including the damn dash lights get low and rmps drop when i :
1. turn the wheel
2. press the clutch

Turning the wheel is probably from the power steering.

the power steering huh........so is my alternator going out ?? since everything seems to pull power from it weakening my lits inside..iono..thanks for the help

Ya sounds like your alternator. Might wanna check out all connections first to make sure. Take it to your local auto parts store and just have them check the battery and alternator. If the alternator is bad, make sure and tell them your car is an 89. Then you get a little higher output alternator.

yeah sounds like a bad alternator, or a battery that is dying, go get them both tested at the local parts store and replace whichever one is bad.
