ok,so i was driving this morning and nothing was wrong,i take a turn and the car craps out one me,by craps out i mean it lost 50% of the ***** it has and wont rev past 2500/3000 so i drive it a 1/4 mile t o work and assume its dead(already looked at all the ignition system real quick).....so i turn the car off assuming i blew a seal......so i was like "hey if i turn it on and it takes forever to start engines trash"


turn it on,starts right up..and revs to 9k



anyone wanna shed some light on this?

For some reason, anytime I see a thread with HELP!!! all in caps and like 5 exclamation marks it annoys me.

Any time something like that happens (ie - power loss, etc), do a compression test.

And since I know at some point, someone will ask "How do I do this... compression test...?"....

It's going into Limp Mode..check your Omp...Oh if the car is Dying Going around corners,Check the fuel sock in the gas tank.It may be clogged.It is easy to get to.Just pull the Carpet on the Floor of the Rear Hatch and Voila.There's a Plate there,you remove that,and you can get to the top of the tank.
