Bogging down low, hesitations up high, what is the cause?

I have been having aweful problems getting my car back running. I did some some work to it lately (replace rad, water pump, all intake gaskets, etc.) and I got it back together about a month ago. I have been having major driveability problems ever since then. I had systematically replaced every ground on the car and cleaned all of the major connections (TPS, AFM, etc) which helped a whole lot. The TPS is properly calibrated and has no problems, and timing has been set.
Now what I am left with is that it boggs when I floor it below about 2-2.5k rpms. Part throttle is ok, but it goes flat past half throttle. It will still accelerate some, just not like it should. I notice on my A/F meter (narrowband) that when the bogging starts, it goes almost full lean, when it was just into the rich range under cruise. At full throttle, it will accelerate smoothly most of the time, but it will randomly hesitate, usually above 5-6k. Again, the AFM reads almost full lean at this point.

As far as I can tell I am not getting enough fuel. From my research, either the fuel filter is clogged, or the pump is not getting enough voltage.
I am going to test the fuel pump probably tomorrow. I am also going to pull the pump to make sure the in-tank filter is ok. The main fuel filter has faily low miles on it (6k or so, I think) so that shouldn't be it.

If the pump is getting good voltage and the fuel sock is fine, then I guess I will have to replace the main fuel filter. I just need to know if there is anything else I need to be checking because I hate throwing parts at a problem without knowing it is a problem.

Thank You
