um dude i have redlined it then bumped it im sure its not to good for the tranny but i did it all it did was spin for a sec then stall

Get some wheel chocks, put em in front of the front tires, and get it over with. These cars aren't made for burnouts....

Put it in reverse, get up to about 10 mph, then jam it in 2nd, hold it at redline, and pop the clutch...smoke em till theyre bald....then replace your entire drivetrain.
