I guess I didn't read it correctly. I know the DTSS is rear steering.

That is odd. My car used to walk around in the rear and it looked like I was driving down the road at a small angle. I put in elminator bushings(oe w/e the tect term is) and the problem went away.

He was asking:
like when you're following a car that looks like they're going forward sideways
Which is a classic example of a bent frame or subframe.

Do you understand what the Toe is and how it would be next to impossible for one side of the rear to have toe out while the other is toe in caused by the DTSS bushings???

wandering around rear is a whole 'nother issue and should not be confused with a car that appears to be going down the road sideways (rear wheels not tracking in the same spot as the front wheels-instead always a couple of inches over on the same side).

Wandering around can be caused by bad/worn out bushings, improper settings on the alignment, worn struts, broken or bent suspension parts on one side (but not both sides).

ummm whatever, there are only a million write-ups about the system from Mazda, car mags and everyone else about it and how it works and sites about how it works and replacing the bushings, etc.... btw it's called dynamically tracking suspension system, not rear steering.

so its good to have DTSS. I wnat my car to handle well nothing special no auto x no drifting just regular driving here in nYC

So i should get those bushing from RB and the car will feel better at high speeds

I don't know, I plan on replacing the whole thing from Mazda, instead of eliminating them, solely on the fact that my car will be raced on a track, and you can go faster with the DTSS system in place than eliminating it, once you get used to the feel of it.

EDIT: Apologies for bringing back a dead thread, I didn't realize the date till after I posted.
