ok i had got everything reassembled but when i went to turn it over i heard a loud screach. afterwards i was looking around and could not locate the problem then i noticed that the main pulley looked cocked. i removed the pulley with the clutch pedal held down with a 2x4. and noticed the thrust bering was tore up i only spun the motor over 2 1/2 turns. now i had not removed the main bolt before now. the hub is scared and im not sure what to do

 

Is it the hub that sits out of the front cover, or the inside hub with the bearing?

 

both the hub of the pulley and the hub with the key on it

 

Unfortionatly I think you will have to pull the engine apart.

 

timing wrong maybe?

 

the cas gear at the bottom has a line straight threw the center.
