Not a turbo. It needs a new exhaust system. The transmission will not go into reverse. I think one of the shift forks is bent. The car runs. Until two weeks ago, I drove to school and back. I am trying to get $600 for it

 

looks like a damn good deal.... 600 buck is nothing for a na s5..... go for it.... the only damage i see is the liscence plate is pushed in a bit.. no biggy! buy it

**** yah!!! That car is worth at least twice that. Go to a junkyard and pull a tranny, then get an exhaust from the for sale section of the forum or new stuff from racing beat or rx7.com.

They're stock, but yes, they look funny... you wouldn't want a car with mirrors like that. You should give me the guy's phone number.

everytime I see these kind of posts I wanna kick my own *** for not getting that 500 dollar 90tII that only had a locked motor and a small side swipe other wise perfect interior including cargo cover, 50k original miles and was owned by a lady who took it to a crap *** mechanic and couldn't pay the 500 bucks to get it out so she was only asking 500 bucks. More than likely it was just carbon locked everytime I drive by that place I want to cry, lol.

Wow, and I know a kid who paid 4800 for a 91 with 89'000 miles. (Had to put 1900 right back into it too).

 

I got mine for 1k on ebay, no problems except a cracked passenger mirror. This sounds like a good deal, go for it!

I paid $2k for my '90 GXL, and the body has a nice sized dent... that thing is CLEAN... whats the guys number so I can complement him on the car?

 

I would really like a turbo model to start with. If I were to buy the car I would probably rebuild the engine. I have read that You cant turbo the N/A unless I use different rotors. The car is located in SE texas near the BMT area. I am going to look at it today. If I decide to not buy it I will post the guy's email/# here for you all to have.
