would you buy this clutch?
my engine is out being rebuilt right now and i feel as though this is a good time to replace my clutch. the one in there is worn and on its way out. I was checking out ebay and found this, seems to be a good deal. Maybe too good. let me know what you think.

I put one from that same guy in my old TII, pressure plate had a weaker pedal feel than the stock one. Grab was good after the break in, but I really wish the pressure plate would have been stronger.

not sure, i just ordered the clutch earlier tonight. I hear that 6 puck clutchs hit hard and grab. It also depends on how stiff the pressure plate is. I guess time will tell. oh and how do you break in a clutch?. . just drive around and wear off the "grease" or something? lol thanks for the help

hmmm, looks like some cheapo pressure plate that they bought in bulk and painted red and threw a sticker on....
the puck disc might be alright but really, i hate when they package a decent disc with a cheap pressure plate, you get mixed results..
if i wanted a high performace clutch i would go with ACT which has been proven and suggested by 90% of the people on this forum, it isn't all that much more expensive than this set.
i'm sure it will work fine in an n/a though. i bought one even cheaper and put in my T2 and it works just fine but i don't think i will be sidestepping the clutch off the line with it.

get ACT or Clutchmaster... Act has a really hard pressure plate where it grips really hard and Clutchmaster has a stock pedal feel but when you drop it that thing grips hard
