NJ Would my FC pass inspection in NJ?

I'm about to get car insurance finally after 2 years of owning my FC and I don't know if it will pass inspection or not. I have a resonator, no catalytic converter, aftermarket exhaust (probably a 2.5" straight pipe im not sure) and I've recently changed the oil.

You have a better chance of being attacked by a polar bear and a regular bear in the same day.

Well would buying a high flow cat be the solution? And if it is, would it be a direct fit in place of my resonator or will I need to buy something in addition to the cat?

You can pass with a hiflo cat. Make sure your air pump is setup and working correctly.
