bridgeport? s4/s5? do you want a fuel surge tank, are you replacing all of the hard lines
also whats your budget...and future power goals, i would most likely suggest replacing all of the lines with -6, depending on what you want to do with the car a surge tank is not a bad idea.
if no surge tank i would go with a single bosch 044 fuel pump...external, kinda noisy, but man they are awesome and not that expensive

I am not sure how anybody can recommend a fuel line size if you did not give them at least a basic power goal. Anyway, a single AN -6 line is good for around 500hp without choking the fuel pump. The Aeromotive catalog has a nice planning section that shows reccomended components for various power levels, so I recommend that you check it out to determine what you need. Be sure to take note of the fuel filter recommendations, as many people blindly buy cheapie drag race filters that are unsuitable for EFI. Aeromotive and SX fuel pressure regulators are well-made and have a built-in damper feature. RETed's website shows how to convert the stock S4 fuel rails to a parallel setup:

Online race parts retailers (Summit Racing, Jeg's, Racer Parts Wholesale, etc.) sell 3/8" aluminum and stainless steel hard line that you can use to replace the stock hard line. You will also need mounting clamps and tube nuts.

I second Gurew's surge tank recommendation.

aeromotive fuel filters and check valves are a must, i dont like their fuel pumps...im a bosch kind of guy , 600hp and below -6 is generally fine. -8 is what i run in my car for 700hp
i literally sell tube nuts, collars, all the AN fittings straight, 45, 90, 180, etc...literally everything you would ever use AN fitting wise , stainless steel hard line you should buy at your local metal supply store and you will need a 37 degree AN flare tool which i also sell, made by parker
i use aluminum line for connections to the surge tank to the high pressure pump...

I suppose you already know that a bridgported 13B will overspool a stock turbo, so you may want to figure out your upgrade prior to planning the fuel system.

If you try to run that stock turbo on your bridgeported engine then you will either burn up the turbo or blow the engine. You would need two stock turbos for that engine, and even then it would be a bit on the small side. Therefore, all your car is capable of producing right now is a lot of smoke and broken parts. Most turbocharged bridgeported 13B engines put out about 500-600bhp. Yes, it is going to be expensive to turbocharge it.
