worth it?

my bro wants to be like me and get an rx-7. he found one but i want your opinions on it. it is a white 86 with 100k. it seems to be in good shape over all. with the exception of needing a heater core. it is a 5lug 4pot setup manual with power evrything, and cloth seats. the guy wants 2k for it. would you pay it if you had the dough?
