Woo clutch woes, broken fork?

K, I was driving home from work, shifted from 2nd to 3rd just fine, 3rd to ...? Pedal goes right to floor, grabs about an inch off the floor and bites hard, but never fully disengages, pedal returns normally.

Today I replaced the slave cylinder and bled for 10 minutes, now it grabs about 4 inches, but feels like its binding on something, pedal still returns to the top, and on the floor its still engaged.

Tomorrow my clutch master cylinder arrives and I will replace that (it needed done anyway) but what could the actual problem be? Thrown pilot bearing? Destroyed pressure plate? Borked clutch fork?

I know I'll be pulling this transmission anyway, but I'm wondering if I should just buy another? This one is due for synchros and the 1-2 spring is gone, probably could use a rebuild but hasn't shown any major signs of near future breakage.

Oh and it's a turbo II trans.
