wont start..wth!

well i just bought a 7 at the end of last week and it was starting decently and then on thursday night it just crapped out. the only way i can get it going is by push starting it and really poppin it to get it going. now it was having trouble startubg when it was hot but not all the time. i have also been haivng some pretty gross like tv static noise come out of the engine compartment when going into boost and a slight hesitation also before reaching boost..bleh.. ive tried and have been told various things. that its flooded (which i know) how to deflood it (which i tried ha) and how it could be my puel pressure regulator is not working right and my how i need a thermal pellet. ive gotten so many different things told to me that it seems that everything is wrong. so if any of you have had the same problem b4 and could shed some light on wth is wrong. let me know yeah? cuz im getting frustrated and i dont wanna spend like 1239875 dollars to have someone tell me that everything is fine its my starter(which is new) or some crap like that.

Do a compression test first before anything else...

Thats why we check that first. Because if it is.... its rebuild time.

Always best to make sure its NOT that first.

Well, you need to calm down and be more descriptive. I assume from that you are saying, that the starter still turns over, but the engine wont start, correct?

Well, you can probably get it compression tested, but thats not whats important now. You need to get it started without having to push start it.

You can do this one of two ways. Forget pulling the EGI fuse and all that crap, just disable the fuel pump by pulling the relay plug which is under the dash to the right of the steering column. Once the car starts, plug it back in. Its easy, and it allows the spark to remain in order to clear the engine.

Or you can just install a fuel cut switch.
