Won't Start-need suggestions

I recently rebuilt my s4 turbo.
The starter turns the engine over, but it wont fire.
I checked the plugs--they have spark.
I checked to make sure it's getting fuel.
I quadruple checked all of my wiring and connections.

It was sitting for over a year before I rebuilt it.
It's got fresh gasoline.

Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if the flapper on the AFM is opening upon startup? Have you tried spraying some starter fluid for a few seconds into the air intake cowl and trying to start the car?

try building up the compression abit since it a fresh rebuild with some oil. put it in through the leading spark plug holes....

WARNING......will smoke the whole place out...

can also remove the efi fuse and crank the engine over. (pulling the fuse helps the motor from flooding out)....... put the fuse back in after

the engine cranks and see if it helps to start the engine. good luck.......

use regular motor oil and not ATF, ATF will eat your rubber seals up.
