You checked the fuse named ENGINE in the interior? Or some other fuse?

Check the ones in the engine bay also. Especially the two most inboard.

If you jumper your fuel pump check connector and turn the key to ON you KNOW the interior ENGINE fuse is indeed good. That's if you hear the pump running.

yes i checked all of the other fuses and they are all good, i dont know what else to do. could the spark plugs be messed up because of the carb cleaner?

I don't think the carb cleaner did in the plugs. If you suspect plugs, buy ONLY the LEAD plugs. Don't throw money away on trails.

I take this to mean the fuel pump runs whtn the key is to ON and the jumper is in. If that's so then you should have spark also. Hold a plug wire in your hand and have someone turn the engine over if you SURE you don't have spark. I mean, you can't get shocked, can you? And if you do get shocked, then you know you probably have spark. One hand on the wire, the other touching the engine.
