Arrow Wont SHift WHen Running - Video Attached

Completed a T2 Swap on my gxl, the problem is when the car is running I cannot shift. its really really hard to engage a gear. no grind. new throwout bearings, clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder. any idea what it is? look like the clutch fork moves. video attached

Clutch disc installed backwards? Seen that before on other makes. Makes for a bad day... If it won't move and you can see everything else move, its in the clutch itself remove and inspect the disc

It's very difficult to install an FC clutch backwards. Could either be too much air/slop in the slave. Is it a TII slave cylinder...? Also could be a dead pilot bearing.

Ive seen the disc in backwards on a T2 before, the pilot bearing can do the same thing both require trans coming back off.

Before you go pulling everything apart, you might try adjusting the link between the pedal and the clutch master. If that doesn't work, I agree that you have bigger problems.
