Wohoo! Engine finally together! Pics....

Finally together!!
The engine itself is a total frankengine....
S5 N/A rotor housings, w/street ported exhaust (from old engine)
S4 N/A med-comp. rotors, with 3mm seals
S5 N/A street ported interm. housing (from my old engine)
S4 TII 4 port ported/polished side housings
Custom made exhaust port sleeves!!

Of couse using 3rd gen side springs too...

I would have preferred the S5 TII rotors, with slightly lower compression, but I also didn't want to keep my 10:1 lightened N/A rotors... that's why my engine blew in the first place (too much compression for 13 lbs boost!)
I wanted a little more compression than the stock TII rotors, since I really liked having way over 200 HP on the stock turbo, stock DP, at 9 psi!
The exhaust sleeves are custom made, basically like the TII sleeves, but allowing more room for the street port.

Enclosed are a bunch of pics (one at a damn time) of my new engine... With nice big ports! (That's not my 7 in the background BTW) and a few pics of my old seals!! Laugh away!!

Wow, your engine really ate that seal. Looks great. I also would like to know how you cleaned everything so well

Ive tried a polishing disk on a dremel with polishing cream, ive tried decreaser and a brush, and a pile of other chemicals

Oh.. sandlblasting!
The housings are still dirty around the ports, but you can't see that part anyways, the manifolds cover it.
