wiring open 5th and 6th ports?

How do i wire open the 5th and 6th ports, the puerto rican who had my car before me punched the cats and didn't put the air pump pipe back on he just capped it off at the main cat.

Rotate the actuators open. Zip tie them in that position.

You would see better performance replacing the split air pipe.

Better low and mid range.

Wired ports isnt desireable IMO..I hated driving with them wired open, for obvious reasons, el SEARCHe'.......
