Wiring harness

So I got my FC a 13b turbo s5 engine and I'm trying to hook up the wiring harness and come to find out that 1 the engine is for a right hand driver car and that one of the plugs was cut with about half a foot of wires left on it. Everything is here that plugs into the actual ecu but the one that is cut goes to something else. It's got the female and male connectors but I don't know what it's for and if it will hook up to the factory harness from the n/a stuff. Ill post pictures of it in a sec when I get ahold of my laptop. But my question is will it hook right up or am I going to have to repin the connectors? The body and engine are both s5 just switched from n/a to turbo

That's what I ended up doing but some of the wires don't match up. :/ but the car cranks but the fuel pump isn't kicking on. I'm thinking it has something to do with the wires that didn't match up

fuel signal is from the AFM, or you can bypass it w/ the green jumpr by the pass strut tower.

BTW: what's your teacher doing w/ those RX's behind the building, particularly, the gold one?

He is having me pull the engine out of it so he can rebuild it. I believe it's his track car.
