NA S4 cutting out under load help!

I've got a friend that is in need of some help with his NA S4, we've replace the fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, and adjusted the TPS and it still cuts out under a hard load. It's like a really hard ignition or fuel cut and the car bucking and jumping really hard. Anyone have any experience with this or some advice?

I have the same/similar problem. New injectors, fresh rebuild, new plugs/wires, clean grounds, working 6PI, no cats, good air filter. I've had this car since 2006, and I've never been able to fix this problem. Some times it's unoticeable- Other times it's horrible. It depends on the gear/load/throttle input/rpm on my car.

Might want to measure the voltage/amperage to the fuel pump under load and compare to the readings taken when not under load.

I've been dealing with this for days now. The car I'm dealing with sat for 12 years. I re did the fuel lines, running an aeromotive stealth pump gold connectors 10g wire to the battery fused and switched and the thing still cuts out when I drift left. Worst. I'm thinking about getting a fuel cell, external pump and re locating the battery to the rear.

There's a baffle inside the fuel tank which might be interfering with the fuel flow.
