wiring gurus: safc ==>6port turbo

ok, so, i searched with no luck, i'm about to check aaron's page to make sure its not there....

ok, so, i bought a safc off ebay, which works, suprisingly.....i looked on apex's website for the wiring information, and i got the basic idea for wut wire is wut, and where it goes... however i had to use the haynes manual for the important wiring, rpm, thrt, maf in and out.....
so my troubles are.

apex's website didnt list an 12v constant wire, would that happen to be the orange wire, or is there not one? and i hooked the red(safc wire) into a ignition on hot wire (believe to be (BL) <-- black white stripe)...

so thats, R(safc)----> BL
ground---> Br and B----> B

now here where it got complicated....
theres a white and yellow wire for the maf in and out....
which goes..... GB---> white And the other end GB ---> yellow

the rpm is the one i cant find off the ecu....i tried a GR and a Solid G (which is wut the manual said)

throttle position was i think Gray-----> GW? ( not looking at the wires, cant remember off the top of my head....)

so, i proceeded to turn the key the safc started, no wierd sounds or smells, so we are all good, i set up the hi and low position, throttle percents, and decel adjusts
changes the engine type, etc etc...
and started the car, ok so i set it to 4point...... and obviously this is where i need to drive it and see wut the deal is....

so, my question to everyone, and thank you before you answer me, has anyone done this already and remember how it was done? i dont think i have something hooked up right.....
also, should i hook the af guage wire to the safc output wire?

please help me fill the gaps. my car is basically done and ready to drive and this is the last step....

Thanks for your time...

E
