Which thermostat

So I went to schucks to buy a new thermostat and they gave me a choice of like different one with different temp degrees. They gave me a choice of 180, 190, 195. Which one do I get, I'm not sure what the stock one is? Which one would be the best one to get?

Order an OEM thermostat from Mazdatrix. The aftermarket thermostats are junk.

Which is funny, because Mazdatrix says they just sell the Stant thermostat.

I use the Nippon stats.. they are the best.. Mazda has went to the crappy Motorad 8.00 autozone thermostats..

Nippon has been oem for YEARS.. Mazda has just went cheap now.

Oh great, I guess I need to source the S5 OEM thermostats from somewhere else now.

Yeah, they've been selling Stants for at least 6 months now, maybe a year or more.
So where does one find these Nippon thermostats? I just get them from the dealership (s4), but just for curiosity's sake.
