Wiring Diagram for s4 na
Wait, wait! Hold your fire! I've read the FAQ, I have the PDFs!
I was just wondering if someone had the equivalent of the diagram on 50-117 for an NA car. This one's for a turbo, and so far about half the wires are color-coded differently, and a lot of the connectors are in different places.
Appreciate it!

That's odd, because I own a couple of 87 turbo and non turbo cars and a 86 n/a and I'm puzzled about what you find different. So, what do you find different?
I have a 87 FSM wiring diagram and it usually matches the online 88 FSM with the exception of the fuel injector wire colors and how the 88 cars have usually a pure black wire for gnd whereas the 86-87 manual and cars have a brown wire with black stripe (BrB) for gnd wires.

AFAIK there is no drawing of the NA emissions harness. You'll have to use the notations on the wiring diagrams to work out which harness each wire is in. The letter in brackets after the wire colour tells you this. EM is emissions, F is front, E in engine, etc. The first part of the Wiring Diagrams chapter tells you how to read the diagrams.

Actually my 87 has black wires for ground. What I'm finding, I think is that my wires are changing colors from heat and oil, I guess. Like for example, all injectors are supposed to have a light green wire and a brown wire with different color stripes for each - most of mine have two brown wires, or a brown and a black. That's what was confusing
Once I got all the wrap off and started replacing wires one at a time, I found out that as they exit the engine compartment they end up being the color they're supposed to be at the connector. :P So at this point, probably no wiring diagram is going to help me.
Oh well. Thanks for the help!
Unless you know where I can find replacement offset index bosch type connectors. Like the green ones that go to the BAC and the water pump housing?
