Is this wire the parking break switch?

Trying to install my turbo timer.. and.. is the black wire in this picture the wire I'm supposed to splice in to?

just remove the cover on the parking brake and you will see the actual trigger that the brake uses to turn the light on or off. Just solder it on there.
