Wire not connected comes from Leading Coil

I have black wire coming out of my leading coil. it has a black connector on the end (looks stock) that appears to accept a male quick connect style connector. should this be connected to something? car runs fine and all, just wondering if it goes somewhere. don't have a digi cam, so no pics.

That connects to a tachometer input for setting the idle speed. Don't ground it, whatever you do! I fried my first front coil by wondering if it should be attached to the chassis like a ground (because it was black).

If you clean that wire you'll find it's actually yellow with a blue stripe.

I use the same wire, from the Leading Pack, to run my RPM Switch. Multi-functional, eh?

Cool. Nothing like tossing that air pump and ACV to save some weight and vacuum headaches.
