Unhappy wire help! along with no spark! w / Pics

Been a while scince I've been back but when your dropping another engine you dont remmeber everything..
This time I have installed a jspec S5 Turbo II onto a 87 s4 turbo II harness..
I've removed the face plate and used the s4 mechanical OMP with the s4 throttle body removed the emissions kept my old injectors from the last engine that was in there it was fun..
Theres a few wires that i am questioning.. Along with that im not getting any spark to my coils..
Ive switched out the main relay with another one just incase, and my interior engine fuse and egi fuses are good ive grounded everything and put a couple extras around the engine bay..
I have a seperate crank angle sensor hooked up and im spinning it with the car on accessory and still no spark no clicking of the injectors my fuels pumping and it will crank when normally trying to start it but with no spark its not firing up..
I switched another ecu in thinking that maybe it was shot even though the ecu didnt look that bad to begin with..
Summing up a little bit of what i have done and what ive been encountering here's a few pictures of a few wires that i am questioning and maybe they are why its not firing..

<a href="http://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/?action=view&current=IMG_1225.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/IMG_1225.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

this wire right here does it belong here in the middle of this picture on this sensor ?

<a href="http://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/?action=view&current=IMG_1226.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/IMG_1226.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

And these two wires on top of the intercooler bracket they obviously fit together but i seem to remmeber there being another set just like it in this area .. coming from the knock sensor to the emissions harness is this correct?

<a href="http://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/?action=view&current=IMG_1229.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/IMG_1229.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

on that same harness as the last picture is this mystery yellow with a white stripe wire with no home and i believe it does have a home..

<a href="http://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/?action=view&current=IMG_1230.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/IMG_1230.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

And you know i gotta ask about this one black wire with a red stripe..

<a href="http://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/?action=view&current=IMG_1232.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/dknyli528/IMG_1232.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Any kinda help would be great and I know I'm asking for alot and any further testing that anyone could suggest I will try and I've tried most of everything to try not to have to trouble anyone on here haha thank you!!

the yellow wire is for the coolant temp sender under the oil filter, the black wire looks to be for the oil temp sender which is for the cold start system found on some S4's which is useless. the only other plug similar to the knock sensor is the O2 sensor plug, which is on the passenger side of the engine and is impossible to mix up unless you got creative..

didn't read anything, just interpreted the pictures cause i felt ADHD when i opened this up.

nah, i wrote that down before looking where it originally was going to. there is 2 wires that follow the one for the oil level sender, the second is basically unused.
