Question Wire differences for a J-spec S4 TII Transmission vs USDM S4 TII Transmission

I just bought this pretty clean trans off of a forum member, it's appears to be in great shape but there are some minor wiring differences. Can you guys help me out?

here they are side by side:

Fifth gear switch and back up lights wires for US S4 TII Trans:

J-Spec trans:

So my question is why are there only 2 wires instead of 4? What do I di here when installing the new J-spec trans?

I see that these things unscrew from the actual transmission, it can't be as simple as unscrewing and swapping these would it?

I would really appreciate any help, as I have read my haynes manual, downloaded and read the fsm chapters on the S5 turbo trannys and am currently trying to download the fsm chapter for the S4 turbo trans right now. I searched as well on the forum idk.

Thanks so much

Answer to Wiring Question

hailers explained it, the jspecs don't have the 5th gear switch and it doesn't affect anything other than emissions, I don't have any emissions anyway. So I'll just hook up the reverse lights. Thanks guys.
