Wire by air temp sensor and TPS

I found a wire that has been cut off by the TPS and AIR temp Sensor wires. It comes out of the same pack or whatever. Its just a single wire that has been cut and it appears that the TPS and ATS both have all their wires.

Knock sensor. Should be a gray wire.
