wipers go halfway and stop?
I don't think it's the switch, if I click the wipers on they go halfway up the glass and then stop, I can't even push them any further, but they'll push back to the parked position easily, bad motor maybe? Bad relay in the switch? Didn't sound like the usual switch symptoms that came up in a search.
