Doubtless

My driver side windshield wiper stopped working, the passenger side works fine though. Whats wrong?

first check if the wiper arm itself is bolted, see if the base moves and the arm does not

if the base does not move the problem lies in the wiper transmission, have not heard of someone having a issue with that before
