There was also the Finishline wing and a couple of other similar looking afteramrkets. I have never seen any proof of functionality for those though. Most wings are for looks......

I wonder what kind of speeds you would have to be going for it to produce a good amount of downforce. If an F1 car could get upside down going 180mph it could drive upside down becuse of all the downforce, that is amazing.

seriously? That flat piece of rubber was actually more functional than the other wings? I need to know. I have that one and a gxl wing and have been tryna decide which to put on, for a year. But if the sport is more functional the debate ends.

and if you really want downforce, you'd be better off going with some sort of good aftermarket wing anyway.

I only recall seeing "numbers" for the Sport wing. I don't know about any figures on the GTU wing. If you're doing a lot of 80+ mph turns you probably need a real working spoiler with a serious angel of attack and not ANY stock spoiler. The Sport wing will help reduce drag at high speeds which helps the little n/a's get up to high speeds.
