Exclamation Windshield Wiper Switch Repair Write Up?

I have search everywhere... I am looking for a specific write up... It is not the one that is by IceMark... I am looking for the one that has pictures where someone wired a conventional relay to the switch... It required some longer wires to be soldered to the board inside the switch; then the wires where connected to the relay...
I have only seen it once and was never able to relocate it again... If you know where it is, please post the link...

Thanks,
Randal

That was SURESHOT. Search for SURESHOT and wiper.

Actually I redid a wiper switch I BUTCHERED a few year ago using his idea. I used the same relay that goes there (Bought from MOUSER), and used four small gauge wires to attach it.

I BUTChERED that relay by ruining the *traces* on the board next to the relay pin holes. So I soldered four wires that are about four inches long at the pin holes for the relay, Then soldered the other end of the wires at the new relay that correspond to the holes on the wiper board. Tucked it away right at the wiper assy itself. Out of sight, out of mind. It's sitting on a spare cluster surround assy I have .....just in case.

SURESHOT located his relay in another place and was not a stock relay if I remember right.

Cool... Thanks... I found it but it is just pictures... It is not really a write up... I hate hooking up relays... I usually go through about 15 fuses before I get it right...
