Help with finding weep hole...

Alright to start off with, I cant get the skid plate/belly pan off. the front 3 screws are rusted shut and penetrating lube and 15min of trying to crack them apart doesnt work. With that being said dont anyone tell me to take the pan off and just look...i cant.

But i have a slow leak somewhere more to the pass side of the engine. Ive checked this and that but i cant seem to spot out the damn weep hole. WTF is it? any one have a pic of its location? it only leaks when the car is running but its a super slow drip. Like ive had the car for a month, and over this time i filled the coolant system one, and just this week had to refill it. So its not a fast leak at all, but i dont drive it DD but i try and drive it a few times a week(project car lol)
So any help is appreciated!

The weep hole is hidden beneath the waterpump pulley.

Remove the pulley and the hole will be obvious.

The pulley must be removed to confirm if the leak is from the weep hole.
Usually the leak is accompanied by the WP's bearings starting to feel ginchy, which you can confirm by spinning the pump by hand.
