Mine acted the same way. Couldn't shut it off. I disconnected the wiring at the wiper motor. Sent Mark (Icemark) the switch. He rebuilt it and no problems.

Both those sites mentioned by Ted and Turbonut only cover how to fix the switch, if Hi and/or intermittent speeds are not working.

His problem is again that the wipers don't turn off. This requires replacing a transistor or re-soldering the board or both.

I have rebuilt switches available on my webstore/ site or can rebuild yours for you very cheap.

Hmmm, I always thought it was a sticking relay?
I thought transistors always blew "open"?

It does. That's the problem. It doesn't switch back closed when the wiper returns.
