i have a 1988 convertible and i need to buy both window motors and was wondering where could i get the best deal and wich motors will work. does the model of the car change the window motor? and what about s4 or s5 are they the same? im also looking for a new convertable top.

 

Search ebay for window regulators. You have to buy the whole setup unless you want the headache of rewinding the motors. Convertibles use a cable system, coupes use chains.
