Question Will the USDM S5 TII harness fit a JSPEC blocks?

As the title suggests...I am buying a S5 harness off someone and wonder if it would fit a JSpec block. Thanks for helping me out!

Arent some of the connections in the wrong place because the ECU is mounted in a different spot in a JSpec car? I would think you would have to have a US harness in a US car. The JDM would be good for rebuilding an old harness though.
