Will S5 body parts fit my S4???

I've got an 87 GTL, that i'd like to update to look like an S5. I'm getting it painted and i have found a good parts car in a junkyard near me. Will the front bumper, fenders, and paintable body trim bolt right onto my car???? I really want to get rid of the grey trim and the front bumper thats kinda lookin not so hot.

From FAQ at top of page:

Will 89-91 (S5) mouldings or bumpers fit on my 86-88 (S4) RX-7?
other than some minor mounting hole differences on the front bumpers, the mouldings and bumpers will fit fine.

Yes they will for the most part. Some slight variations are present between the mounting bolts locations and numbers IIRC, but that is about it. With a little handiwork they will go on just fine. Even with everything moved over in terms of the trim and bumpers though I believe there is still a slight alignment problem if you don't swap the fenders as well. It is hardly noticeable but still exists, if you are really a stickler get the fenders too. The taillights are also different from series to series, so getting those is usually advised. The later gen have the circular lights, while the series4 have the boxy lights.

Hope I helped good luck!

I like the black mouldings also, for the most part. My S4 has S5 bumpers and T2 sideskirts on it, and the trim is staying black. I think it looks nice.
