I will have a racing beat exhaust from mazdatrix.com on my car and if i decide to get an intake at some point later in time, with that exhaust will it help all that much? Its only 50 mm in diameter with the dual and I was wondering if it would be able to push that much air out fast enough. Thanks guys I appreciate it.

What kind of exhaust from Racing beat? Just a Catback? Headers? Anyways, exhaust alone will not boost your HP that much, but the more you've done to your exhaust the more it is needed and the more it will help.

 

On a T2 with a full exhaust you may be able to get as much as 15hp with an intake.
