Will i blow the motor?
i have a question for you guys. im pretty sure its a " it will blow you dumbass" but just want to ask.
I have a s5 t2 motor with the cosmo 13b-re AFM n MAP sensor, 255 walbaro pump, and cleaned injectors. the wastegate is ported and so far stays at 10psi until 5k where i hit fuel cut.
my question is with a FCD and only running at 10psi... will i blow the motor?
thanks

It may blow at some point.
The AFM is roughly the same as S5 TII if I remember right; not sure about the MAP sensor.
The walbro will increase fuel pressure under all conditions. Under boost, it ends up being on the order of a few psi higher than stock. This will be crude, but help make up for the under-sized injectors and high secondary transition.
You can't hit 10 psi without some sort of FCD. Fuel cut is at 8.6 psi. If you're not hitting it until 10 psi, your MAP sensor output is not the same as S5 TII. An FCD is also a giant hack modification, as it changes the MAP signal. The negatively affects fuel and timing calculations.
My suggestion would be to leave it at 8-9 psi max. You're really only sacrificing a little mid-range, since the stock turbo can't hold 10+ psi to redline anyway. And find out if a cosmo AFM and MAP sensor have the same outputs as the S5 TII versions.

pretty much what RR88 said plus the stock injectors won't support much more than that. people have pushed up to 12psi and higher but also heard stupid high figures of 13-14AFRs under heavy loads, ticking timebombs.
