Will ECU change the timing back?

Will ECU change the timing back?

I am currently have my car timed at around 22 degress advanced.

I basically moved the timing mark for the front to the mark for the rear rotor.

Does the ECU still retard the timing after physically moving it?

This is on a 88 N/A.
