The five lug pattern is 5x4.5in or 5x114.3mm

yes, and what are you smoking???

try looking at the stock wheel for the ET number, or any FC shop manual or POP ever made.

You will find that they all say 40mm or 40 ET. Not 42.

Where in the world are you incorrectly getting 42mm?
