Will the Apexi Universal Dunk muffler fit under the FC?

Will the Apexi Universal Dunk muffler fit under the FC?
I was thinking about going w/ the Universal Dunk muffler instead of the N-1. But the Dunk muffler looks huge! Will I have to cut anything in order to fit the Dunk muffler under the FC?

ys it will. a friend of mine used to have a 91 GXL. he had a dunk universal underneath his atttached to a press-bent muffler shop cat-back. sounded good. alot of people said it sounded like a 3rd gen.
