Wierd Vac Leak; found it but now what?

Hi there, I've been experiencing the exact same problem as you ( https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...t=knock+sensor )(and I have the same things removed on my car); crappy driving up to about 15% throttle. I too changed every vac line, checked injectors, recalibrated the TPS, fooled with my throttle and BAC, etc, etc, etc!!
Well, just tonight did I take off my TID and hook up a piece of PVC with an attachment for a compressor. I turned on the compressor and found a leak on the back of the motor around where the EGR used to be. Then I covered it with soapy water, tried again, and looked for the leak; bubbles are coming out of something that looks like it's screwed into the rear iron...what the heck is that?!?! What else is back there?
I'm searching the FSM, but if anyone could cut my search short, that would be great...

2=bellhousing
1=rear iron
A=the source of the leak. It just looks like a bolt screwed into the rear iron. What the heck is it, and why is there air coming out of it?

EDIT: sorry for the crappy picture; it's hard to get in there.

Disregard the first image, use this one...

1= bell housing
2= rear iron
3= EGR blockoff
A= Source of the leak. Just looks like a bolt plugging a whole of some kind. Why is this leaking air?

Just let this thread die, please...
