wierd oil

so i pop my hood today on my tii, and there is oil on my battery, the size of a quarter! Any idea of how this could happen? Also, i looked at my turbo back, and there is oil stains on it. i have to put a pan under my car when i park it in my driveway, and i get about a dime size drop or two over night. this has been happening for about a month now, and when i check my dipstick, it still reads full.

it is motor oil? you can usually tell by the thickness, but oil can leak in several places. check oil pan for one (most common) and also check oil filter and OMP. as how the oil got on your battery...no clue, maybe an owl took a **** on it or something

When you pull the dipstick out, you probably are letting a drop fall off the end, which lands on the battery
