wierd idle

wierd idle
hey my idle is a little strange, not that rough, but it seems more like its idling down instead of up and down if that makes sense,
can i just mull the cap off and adjust my idle and use the tach in the car as a gague? what else could it be? tps? new fuel injecters?
any idea?
idles not that bad, just dont want it gettng worse
