Short answer, yes.

Some are more important than others if you are talking about the bare necessities.
If you choose to redo all of them, I have just redone mine (86 N/A), and I took a few pictures that might help you. Just ask.

Are leaky injectors common? I was told that they are very rare and shouldn't expect my car to have leaking injectors. How's your car run after that fire now? That sucks your engine caught fire.

i dont know how common they are but if your car has a hard time starting but does not flood then you might want to at least replace the o-rings and stuff, as for the running i dont know cause im just now starting to fix it, it should run fine because the fire was only on the top of the engine and not internally... hopefully lol
but ill post when its done.

If you want to get rid of vacuum hoses, ditch the emissions, you only have like 5 when youre done. As for the leaky injectors, its easy to tell if you've taken your fuel rails off.
if your injectors will spin easily and dont "pop" in, it's probably going to be a worthy investment to get some new ones. I did because i'm paranoid after hearing so many "caught my car on fire" stories. After 18 years of getting really hot, then really cold, they turn into rock hard plastic and lose their ability to seal if you try to reuse them. The o-rings on my primaries broke into 3 pieces when i took them off.

My PD started leaking on my car and caught it on fire. I bought all brand new injectors for like $230 from fiveomotorsports.com. They shipped and I got them in 2 days. Wow. Since you have a s4 car, I recommend ditching the OMP and the injectors and just run pre-mix, then you don't have to worry about getting a vacuum spider for them and you can just put a cap on the tb. If you want to runt he OMP anyways, I have this vacuum spider as well as extra oil injectors and a OMP with steel braided oil lines that I'm willing to sell.

i thought about ditching the omp but i dont really want to worry about pre-mixing everytime i fill up the car.

so its like 5 or 3, well which ones do i need to keep?

I love pre-mix! The looks you get from people when dumping oil into your fuel tank at the gas station rocks. Then your car starts up and sounds like a weedeater and then they understand.

I guess the only pictures I had are of just the spider rack. Here they are. The other lines can be identified in the FSM.

Whenever you have an engine apart or are doing a swap I strongly suggest getting the injectors cleaned and flowtested. It's chepa insurance and the injectors come rebuilt with new rubber O-rings, new filter screens, new pintle caps, **AND** new insulators. 4 injectors done by WitchHunter all for only $60.

Assuming you don't have the OMP:

You need one to the FPR, pressure sensor, and... I think there's one more.

OMP- you would need the 4 vacuum lines from the oil injectors to the vacuum splitter.
