alright my 88 t2 started hestating the other day, when i gas it a little more then the econmal way of driving it, it starts hesitating almost every 1000 rpm. I changed the spark plugs and the sprak plug wires. any of u guys have an idea? thanks!

 

I have posted this 3 times just today.
Here it is - direct from the clipboard...

-The golden test:
Unplug the TPS connector.
Clip a cheap analog (needle type) VOM on the green & orange pins.
Set it to the 1K scale.
Hold off the throttle & work the short range TPS plunger in & out.
You should see a smooth sweep from ~0 to ~5K ohms.

Any bad spots or drop outs in the stroke - it's bad & will give fuel cuts at part throttle.
(Before you toss it, try spray contact cleaner between the sleeve & plunger.)

 

hey mine went from 0 to 6.8k when i did that test, also the hesitation went away after I sprayed some rubbing alcohol in the plugs. it could just simply be that it's cooler out now but who knows.

 

hey guys--don't give this idiot any help. He uses this frum to rip off other members. Unless he chooses to make it right he has no right benefitting from the same forum he has used to steal.

And RYL--you have one week to either return everyone's items or their money that you owe them. After that you will be arrested. Aside from the (at least) three counts each of theft and fraud, the same number of credit card fraud charges will be filed. This is the only chance you get to make it right--I suggest you take it. If you don't, then charges will be filed.

Then why is it that several people emailed and PMed you since then with NO RESPONSE? You are full of it and you got caught. Just remember--one week. After that, if ANYONE has not been contacted by you and the situation resolved, you will have charges filed. NO QUESTIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS. This has gone on for too long with no effort on your part at all. And do not try to tell us that your CC got screwed up--it is not even yours....
