Best bet is just simple over-fenders. I have yet to see a wide-bdy kit on an FC that looks worth a ****. Wide-bodies belong on FB's and SA's and that's it.

With the propper offset you shouldn't have a problem fitting 9.5's in the back, and there's no reason to run 275's on the front anyway. Maybe if you were in a Corvette.

To big in the front. If you got 8 grand a year of time go for it. If not just get the correct rim made or over fender the car.

FB's and SA's are the same car. Actualy FB is just something members here use.

Actually "SA" is derived from the SA22C designation given the the 1979 through 1980 model cars. FB is derived from the VIN number on Series 2 (81~83) and Series 3 (84 and 85) cars. There were MANY differences in all of these cars.

The Tripoint is the only nice looking one but I don't know how to get ahold of them.

first of all 17x9.5 and 18x9.5 will fit on the back of a FC without any issues as long as you have the proper offset. Also you will not need to roll the fender for this. My friend Dave runs this with 255/40/18 without any rubbing on stock suspension.

And for the front all you need is some wide fenders from corksport. These bolt on to the stock locations in 20 minutes. Don't buy some dumb *** looking wide fender kit and throw 9.5's in their. Those huge fender kits are for 11 and 12 wide. You can thank me for saving you thousands of dollars now......

I'm having the Tri-Point set fitted onto my vert right now.
I'm dropping off the new CCW 18x12 w/335's and 18x11 w/295's tommorrow morning to have the fenders pushed out even further to accomodate the larger rims and tires.
It'll be down at Sevenstock.
